First Floor

· Entrance Hall: Spacious, with cloakroom (WC) and stairs to the second floor.

· Sitting/Dining Room: A light, airy room, comfortably furnished. Wood burning stove and Satellite TV. Dining table and chairs. Two sets of French windows - at the front leading on to a terrace with pleasant view; at the rear leading on to a deck overlooking the garden.

· Kitchen: The spacious modern fitted kitchen leads off the dining area and is fully equipped. Fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and iron. More French windows lead on to the deck overlooking the garden.

 

Second Floor

· Bedroom 1: A good-sized room with single beds and fitted wardrobe.  French windows open on to a small balcony with pleasant view.

· Bedroom 2: A good-sized room with single beds and fitted wardrobe. View of deck and garden.

· Bedroom 3: A good-sized room with a double bed and wardrobe. View of deck and garden.

· Bathroom: A spacious room containing a corner bath with shower, double washbasins and a heated towel rail.

· Separate WC.
