Tariff

 

· Rental charges below are payable a minimum of four weeks in advance, or at the time of booking, if within the four week period.

· We accept bookings from any day to any day and proportional rates are available. For bookings of 6 nights or less, there is a 30 Euro surcharge.

· We accept payment in Euros or GB pounds (click on Currency Converter button below) by bank transfer or cheque.

· A non-refundable 10 per cent deposit is payable at the time of booking, if four weeks in advance.

· A deposit of 75 Euros will be held against breakages and must be paid at the time of full payment. This deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure, provided that no major breakages have occurred and that the property is left in a reasonable condition.

· Bed linen and towels are included. Beach towels are not provided.

· To allow us time to make sure the property is clean and ready, the earliest arrival time is 16:00 and the departure time is 11.00.

A 10 per cent discount is negotiable for lets of both house and apartment, and a 10 per cent discount is negotiable for lets of three weeks or longer.
